Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for interns and graduates, with a focus on Technology roles.
- Advise hiring teams on talent needs, market trends, and staffing strategies.
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns and campus events, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Onboarding, Total Rewards) to ensure smooth hiring and integration.
- Manage recruitment events and onboarding processes to support early talent programs.
- Contribute to initiatives in employer branding, data analytics, social media strategy, and program development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of recruitment experience (Early Careers preferred).Strong passion for early talent development and campus engagement.Skilled in using social media for sourcing and employer branding.Proven ability to meet hiring targets and apply recruitment best practices.Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and communication skills.Proficient in ATS tools and Microsoft Office suite.If you have what it takes, please send your resume to syafiqah@ambition.com.sg or click APPLY NOW.
