Roles & Responsibilities
The Landscape Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, installation, and maintenance of landscaped areas. This includes managing grounds staff, coordinating with vendors, ensuring high horticultural standards, and maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute landscape maintenance schedules and work deployment.
- Supervise landscape workers and assign daily tasks and projects.
- Monitor the health and appearance of trees, shrubs, turf, and irrigation systems.
- Source and manage suppliers and vendors for materials and outsourced services.
- Ensure all landscape work complies with environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Maintain and manage landscape tools and machinery.
- Provide input on landscape design enhancements and improvement works.
- Prepare reports and manage budgets related to landscape operations.
Job Requirement
Diploma in horticulture / Landscape Architecture and above, Higher NITEC / Advanced WSQ in Landscape Management or equivalentISA is required for this roleMinimum 3 years of related industry experiencesKnowledge in Plants and Trees Identification is critical in this role.Good communication, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.Committed to work in meeting deadline.Pro-active working attitude with eye for details and artistic flair.Practical experience in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Photoshop, Sketch up, etc will be value-added.Tell employers what skills you have
