Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP)

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain

CI / CD pipelines , supporting the ongoing migration from

Jenkins

to

GitHub Actions .

Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using

Python ,

Bash ,

Ansible , and

Kubernetes .

Manage and optimize

GCP

environments to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Partner with development teams to define "golden paths" for build and deployment workflows.

Oversee the end-to-end

software delivery lifecycle

— including version control, testing, and release management.

Participate in defining architecture for high-availability and

disaster recovery

setups (AWS exposure a plus).

Continuously improve automation, monitoring, and operational practices to enhance system performance and reliability.

Core Requirements

7+ years of experience in DevOps

Strong

scripting / programming

skills in

Python

and

Bash

(daily automation).

Proven

hands‐on experience

with

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ;

AWS

experience for DR is advantageous.

Solid knowledge of

CI / CD tooling , especially

Jenkins

and

GitHub Actions , including migration experience.

Proficiency with

Kubernetes

and

Ansible

for container orchestration and configuration management.

Deep understanding of

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) , from version control to deployment strategies.

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with

Go ,

Java , or

C‐based

build environments.

Exposure to

financial systems or trading platforms .

Experience in

startup

or

agile

development settings.
