Location : Office at AMK (Handle Changi

Site)

Responsibilities

Lead full ACMV project cycle : planning, budgeting,

execution, and handover.

Supervise site team,

engineers, WSH coordinator, and subcontractors.

Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and

manage schedules.

Handle monthly progress

claims, variation orders, and extension of time.

Manage all technical documentation : MOS, RA, SWP,

drawings, RFA, RFI.

Plan manpower, forecast

resources, and resolve site issues proactively.

Coordinate testing, commissioning, O&M manual, and

DLP documentation.

Liaise with main

contractor, consultants, and clients.

Chair

site meetings and ensure smooth communication among

stakeholders.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant

field.

At least 10 years'

experience in ACMV & BMS system design and

installation.

Strong understanding of local

codes, safety standards, and procedures.

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit,

etc.
