Job descriptionA recognized Degree in Architecture, registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore Good design with a strong portfolio Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail. Minimum 5-10 years of relevant architectural experience is preferred. Strong Technical knowledge of building systems codes and detailing Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings, and construction practices Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and design software (SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc) Good communication skills and leadership skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead a small team of architects and technical staff through all stages of architectural services.
- Take responsibility for project management of the delivery programme.
- Control the project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design.
- Identify clients’ needs, put together feasibility reports, and design proposals.
- Develop ideas keeping in mind the client’s needs, building’s usage, and environmental impact.
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
- Execute and manage projects to the firm’s design requirements.
- Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on project.
- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals.
- Experience in all aspects of Design from concept through construction will be an advantage.
