Roles & Responsibilities

LiT Strategy is a boutique strategy consulting firm which specialises in providing consulting services to SMEs to drive decision making. We provide SMEs with quality business advisory services to help them alleviate their pain points and seize business opportunities.

We are looking for an Accounting Intern with minimum of 3 months commitment.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities :

• Financial record maintenance : Assist with preparing and maintaining financial records, performing data entry, and keeping ledgers accurate.
• Accounts payable and receivable : Support the processing of invoices and payments, including tracking expenses and managing accounts payable / receivable functions.
• Financial statement support : Help prepare financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements, and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconciliations : Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Auditing and compliance : Provide support during internal and external audits and help ensure adherence to financial regulations.
• Tax preparation : Assist with the preparation of tax documents and filings.
• Data analysis and reporting : Assist with financial analysis, budget preparation, and gathering data for reports.
• Administrative duties : Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks, organize financial files, and support the team with other duties as needed.
