Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Operations Director in planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the retail operations team.
• Manage staff appraisals, provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Provide excellent customer service to meet customers' expectations.
• Perform sales functions at retail outlets, including handling cash transactions and operating point-of-sale systems.
• Conduct stock packing in a neat and tidy manner, ensuring that all merchandise is properly stored and displayed.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet company standards.
• Develop and implement effective operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to achieve business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement new ideas and strategies to drive business growth.
