Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Operations Director in planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the retail operations team.
- Manage staff appraisals, provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Provide excellent customer service to meet customers' expectations.
- Perform sales functions at retail outlets, including handling cash transactions and operating point-of-sale systems.
- Conduct stock packing in a neat and tidy manner, ensuring that all merchandise is properly stored and displayed.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet company standards.
- Develop and implement effective operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement new ideas and strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements :
To be successful in this role, you will need :
At least 3 years of experience in a retail management role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Benefits :
