Job Description
- Provide full administrative support to project teams across three projects .
- Manage and control project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and proper filing (soft and hard copies).
- Maintain and update project records, logs, and reports in line with company procedures.
- Prepare, format, and distribute project correspondence, minutes, and reports.
- Track project deliverables, schedules, and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in procurement and logistics coordination (e.g., raising purchase requests, delivery follow-ups).
- Support project team in compliance with ISO / OSHA standards and internal quality procedures.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
Preferred 2 years of relevant experience in project administration or document control (construction / engineering industry preferred).Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management / document control software is an advantage.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Good communication and coordination skills.Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Tell employers what skills you have
