Facilities Executive Role
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing our facilities operations, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities.
- Main Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality services
- Provide administrative support, including reporting and document management
- Ensure secure document storage and destruction practices are followed
- Resolve ad-hoc issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Liaise with landlords and coordinate smooth move transitions
- Maintain health and safety standards, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Effectively manage the Corrigo / HelpDesk system and process purchase orders efficiently
