Front-of-House Supervisor
We’re looking for a Front-of-House Supervisor to join our team and take charge of creating memorable dining experiences. This is a role for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working closely with people, and knows how to motivate a team to deliver consistent, excellent service.
What You’ll Do
- Set the tone : Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Lead each shift : Conduct pre-shift briefings and guide the team through smooth, efficient service.
- Handle the unexpected : Respond to guest feedback and service issues with calm, thoughtful solutions.
- Maintain standards : Monitor and raise service quality, keeping operations running seamlessly.
- Develop your team : Support, coach, and inspire staff to grow and perform at their best.
