Director, Banking Change & Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

The role is a key position in the Global Banking COO team, with a focus on project management and strategic initiatives, in addition to providing essential business management support. The successful applicant will :

• Provide support to the various stakeholders under Global Banking, by partnering on initiatives related to Lending Transformation and other strategic business initiatives relating to workflow automation and process optimisation
• Play a key role in automation of new business processes and streamline existing processes, while supporting strategic developments in the Global banking space and help facilitate business by removing blockages
• Possess good understanding of the subject and industry best practices, able to build close relationships with key stakeholders across Business, Technology, Sustainable Finance and COO to ensure Product Roadmap and benefits are aligned with overall strategy & client needs
• Play a key role in providing overall governance of the Global Banking businesses to ensure compliance with all key governance requirements, including control and risk reporting via the Operational Risk Framework; and ensuring compliance with regulations.
