Overview
A Contracts Manager oversees contract management, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Creation : Ensure contracts are legally sound and meet standards. Collaborate with teams to align contract terms with objectives.
- Contract Management : Maintain a database of all contracts. Monitor performance and compliance. Manage renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate contractual risks. Protect the organization from undue risk.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary contact for contract inquiries and disputes. Provide guidance on contract matters.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications are a plus.Experience : 3 to 5 years of contract management experience, preferably in the relevant industry. Proven track record with complex contracts.Skills : Strong understanding of contract law. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with attention to detail.
