The Opportunity

  • Translate AML needs into clear specs, test plans & delivery roadmap
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive secure, scalable AML solutions

The Job

Join a strategic AML transformation initiative under the COSMIC programme. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver AML investigation workflows that align with business and regulatory needs.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strategic relationships to align tech with business goals
  • Inspire adoption of technology vision across internal / external stakeholders
  • Manage evolving stakeholder priorities

    • Requirements & Capability Analysis

  • Collaborate with PMs, tech teams, and architects to define roadmap and capabilities
  • Elicit and review AML workflow requirements across Singapore and regional teams
  • Document future-state processes and assess impacts
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements for tech delivery
  • Support funding requests aligned with strategy and architecture
  • Manage scope, risks, and deployment planning
  • Ensure security requirements are embedded in non-functional specs

    • Testing & Change Management

  • Translate business needs into test strategies and approaches
  • Clarify escalated test findings and assess change requests
  • Ensure governance compliance and SDM framework adherence

    • Post Go-Live

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer through documentation and training
  • Retain subject matter expertise within the team

    • The Talent

  • 10+ years in banking or financial services
  • Strong AML / KYC domain knowledge (CFT, Sanctions, ABC, Fraud)
  • Familiar with Compliance / AML / KYC process from onboarding, client monitoring and investigation.
  • Done client life cycle management system implementation, compliance systems e.g., name screening, transaction monitoring and payment screening or workflow implementation
  • Been through SDLC requirement gathering, functional design, testing and deployment
  • Involved in AI project e.g., fine tuning, creating models
  • Lead and manage end-to-end AML / CFT IT projects, including model migration to the Model Analytics Platform (MAP).
  • Familiar with global regulatory expectations and KYC developments
  • Experience in workflow platforms (Actimize, Detica, Quantexa preferred)
  • Skilled in change / project management and solution scoping
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to manage ambiguity and drive collaboration across teams
  • Strategic thinker with influencing and negotiation skills
  • Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Finance or equivalent
