Business Correspondence

Capable of drafting professional and articulate business emails. Creates well-structured written communication.

Content Creation and Social Media Management

Utilizes AI support for article creation and actively engages in social media content creation. Manages social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.

Schedule Planning and Monitoring

Effective planner with the ability to schedule and monitor tasks. Adapts plans as needed to meet changing priorities.

General Administration Support

Proficient in administrative tasks such as correspondence processing, photocopying, printing, scanning, and typing. Manages databases, postal services, and courier coordination.

Information Collection and Customer Support

Skilled in collecting information through online research and phone calls. Addresses client and customer requests promptly and professionally.

Relationship Management

Maintains positive relationships with external clients and counterparts. Handles director's family / personal arrangements with discretion.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities

Additional Requirements

Driver's License : Possession of a valid driver's license for occasional travel or errands.
