Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Proactively build and manage a diverse portfolio of vendors across multiple categories and event concepts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Categorize and segment vendors based on their offerings and event suitability.
- Represent Invade’s vendor ecosystem, promoting it for placemaking activations and brand collaborations.
- Engage with landlords and property partners to secure suitable event spaces and venues.
- Develop a vendor curation kit to assist clients in evaluating and approving vendors for their projects.
- List and manage event postings on invade.co, ensuring accurate and engaging descriptions.
- Assist in event planning, setup, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth vendor participation.
- Provide support to vendors through responsive communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Servicing team to align vendor engagement with client objectives.
Requirements :
Welcome fresh graduates with prior experience in event management or related roles (e.g. event agency, exhibition company, creative / marketing agency, or real estate management firm such as Savills, Knight Frank, Far East, or Capitaland etc).Strong initiative and positive attitude with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially in handling vendors and clients.Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online / social media platforms.Able to work on weekends and / or overtime when required for event operations.Tell employers what skills you have
