Roles & Responsibilities

Long standing & well established law firm in Downtown (with branch in Toa Payoh) looking for Litigation Secretary to bring forth professional & meaningful legal services.

• Assisting Lawyer in Litigation department
• Opening and closing of legal files
• Filing of documents via E-litigation
• Prepare legal documents including court filings, affidavits, letters, and correspondence
• Monitoring Court deadlines and schedules
• Attending to routine client enquiries and communications
• Assist with expenses, keep proper record of client files
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Applicants must have 1 to 2 years relevant experience preferably in litigation and probate / estate and familiarity with e-Litigation filing.
