Roles & Responsibilities
Role Purpose
Consolidation of SEA Finance Planning & Reporting and act as the fulcrum between SEA Marketing and Finance to ensure clarity in A&P for all stakeholders.
Accountabilities
Marketing Finance
- A&P Management
- Key stakeholder on PO management system (Anaplan) to ensure A&P spends are recorded accurately and timely
- Work closely with Commercial Finance Managers and Marketing teams to provide clarity on YTD / YTG picture of A&P spend
- A&P Governance
- Provide template and guidance on A&P spends to ensure consistency
- Manage a process for Measurement & Evaluation of A&P activities to ensure spends are effective
Monthly Reporting, Financial Planning and Budgeting
Consolidate management reports in a timely and accurate manner to ensure SEA Leadership team are updated on business and financial performance and submit monthly Business Performance Management deck to APACLeads the monthly FYE process and ensures that R&Os are clearly identified and trackedAnalyse business performance against target, performs variance analysis and challenge markets on differences in performanceConsolidation of markets’ monthly depletion and shipment numbers to manage SEA allocationConsolidate markets' submissions for LE / Budget to deliver an accurate overall SEA submission to APAC & Group FinanceTell employers what skills you have
