Job descriptionDegree / Bachelor of Laws or Legal studies (or any other relevant Degree) Admission to Singapore Bar Minimum 3 years of Legal experience in the Banking sector Approachable, diligent, excellent writing and communication skills, proficient in regulations
One of the established brands in the Banking industry. The company is expanding and seeks for a Legal Counsel to be part of the Legal team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft and review legal agreements, contracts and document
- Provide legal advice on new or existing business transactions
- Handle and liaise with external legal firms
- Ensure the company is compliant to regulations and company’s policy
- Keep abreast of latest changes to regulations
- Work closely other business units
- Any other ad-hoc or involvement in Projects
