Field Service Engineer (Full-Time, On-Site | Singapore)

Are you passionate about solving problems, working hands-on with advanced equipment, and building strong customer relationships?

We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer (Software) to join our team in Singapore!

As part of our service team, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers by ensuring their instruments and equipment run smoothly through installation, training, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs .

What You’ll Do

• Deliver installation, training, preventive maintenance, repair, and compliance services for instruments and equipment.
• Provide timely field service, troubleshooting, and technical support .
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date service reports on customer activities.
• Build and sustain positive customer relationships within your assigned territory.
• (For software-focused roles) Develop and maintain graphic control systems / PLC programs / SQL scripts .
