Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Changi Airport Duty Free

Working Hours : 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Work Schedule : 5 days per week | 22–23 shifts per month

Contract Duration : 25 October 2025 to 31 March 2026

Option to convert to permanent full-time after 6 months

Job Responsibilities :

• Promote and drive sales for premium whisky products at duty-free retail counters
• Engage customers with product knowledge, storytelling, and tasting experiences
• Maintain display aesthetics and ensure products are well-stocked
• Handle and carry inventory between storage and retail counters
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets
