Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large-scale, complex datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Build advanced statistical models, predictive models, and machine learning algorithms to forecast trends and inform business strategy.
  • Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions , including data pipelines, ETL processes, and automated reporting.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using advanced features of tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of business problems and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers, product managers, and business leaders to translate analytical insights into actionable initiatives.
  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are strictly followed.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
  • Expert-level SQL , including query optimization and working with large-scale databases.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data manipulation.
  • Strong experience with machine learning techniques , predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) with the ability to create dynamic dashboards for executive management .
  • Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehousing solutions.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and ETL processes .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
