💰 Salary : Up to $6,000 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

✅ Lead and mentor the QS team to deliver cost-effective solutions.

✅ Oversee cost control activities across multiple projects.

✅ Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

✅ Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal, and regulatory requirements.

✅ Advise senior management on project risks and cost-saving opportunities.

✅ Prepare clear financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).

🔹 5–8 years of experience in cost consultancy / contracts management.

🔹 Strong knowledge of pre- and post-contract duties .

🔹 Familiar with forms of measurement (CEMS, SMM, or equivalent).

🔹 Membership with SISV, RICS, or AIQS is an advantage.

🔹 Strong negotiation and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
