Quantity Surveyor (BD)

Roles & Responsibilities

My client is a leading A1 construction company in Singapore. They are currently seeking a Business Development professional to join their growing team. This role is integral to identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving tender success, and supporting key strategic initiatives within the built environment industry.

Salary : Up to $6,500

Location : Central

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and track business opportunities aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain regular engagement with clients and consultants to convert leads
• Conduct market research and identify potential opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and update board papers for HQ approvals.
• Monitor and report weekly business news internally and to HQ.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and business opportunities for reporting to management.
• Mentor junior business executives and oversee their deliverables and timelines.
• Support the General Manager with additional business-related tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and complete tender submissions.
• Facilitate Risk Assessment & Value Engineering (VE) sessions.
• Liaise with consultants for Design & Build tenders.
• Prepare and present tender and corporate presentations.
