Roles & Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Respond to inquiries via email, phone calls and walk-in visits.
• Apply VEP for the vehicles.
• Coordinate the scheduling and assignment of vehicles to meet the needs of customers.
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to the customers.
• Coordinate with customers on the collection of vehicles.
• Monitor and track vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance records to optimise fleet efficiency.
• Liaise with external vendors and internal departments to arrange for timely vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet, ensuring minimal disruption to the customers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all fleet-related activities.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.
