Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Driving sales by promoting and securing bookings for private dining, corporate events, and special occasions at the restaurant
- Handling all event-related inquiries with professionalism, providing tailored proposals and quotations to clients
- Coordinating with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of events, from booking through to post-event follow-up
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Assisting in developing and executing sales strategies, including marketing campaigns and promotional packages to boost event sales
- Maintaining accurate records of inquiries, bookings, and client communications, providing regular reports to the Manager
Requirements :
1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or events within the hospitality or F&B industryStrong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and close deals confidentlyHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneouslyService-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and provide customised solutionsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with restaurant operations and management teamsTell employers what skills you have
