Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
- Manage bar operations including opening, restocking, and closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of bar area.
- Maintain knowledge of drink costing and manage stock inventory.
- Liaise with suppliers for bar-related orders and replenishments.
Requirements :
