ROLES &

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain a full set of accounts

Handle full spectrum of accounting matters including

management reporting, taxation and monthly accounts

closing

Manage GST report, review and

submission

Preparation of tax schedules and

liaise with tax agent

Support in developing

and implementing group accounting and reporting

guidelines

Liaise with auditors for statutory

reporting and professional advisors on related matters

Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting

to management

Responsible for monthly payroll,

CPF submission and annual filing of IR8A forms

Carry out other duties as deemed necessary by management

from time to

time

REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting role

handling multiple full set of accounts for different

entities

Knowledge of accounting standards,

GST, Corporate Tax

Proficient in managing full

set accounting, preferably within the shipping and marine-related

companies

Hands-on experience in group

consolidation and financial reporting

Proficient in accounting software and MS office

applications

Bilingual (English & Chinese)

able to communicate effectively with our

clients
