Roles & Responsibilities
Looking for PART TIME ADMIN EXECUTIVE for a property company. Suitable job for semi-retired people who need flexibility or who want to keep their mind active or to make some extra cash. $1800 - $2.4k (depending on experience and seniority) for a 3 day work week (flexible 3 days, 9am - 6pm). Upper Thomson area (walking distance to mrt).
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree not a must. Preferably min O levels
- Meticulous and organized individuals with a sense of responsibility only
- Preferably with office / corporate job previous experience or admin experience
- Knowledge of using microsoft word, powerpoint, excel, Zoom, PDF
- People who willing to come to office for 3 day work week is a must. No WFH.

To carry out administrative work to support business operations and organisationDrafting of letters and documentsProcess invoices and liaison with Bank on documents needed for successful processingPreparation of documents through printing, photocopying and scanningKnowledge Management / Data EntryTo tabulate and keep an organised record of data as and when neededTo file and keep an organised filing record of documentsTo process accounting payments / claims and keep a good recordTo tabulate monthly total sales, expenses (per template)Tell employers what skills you have
