Project Management Manager - CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Oversee overall project planning, schedule control, and resource coordination to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
• Assist with work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
• Liaise with consultants and / or sub-contractors engaged on the project
• Act as the primary liaison，attend regular meetings with owner / client / contractors / sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule.
• Lead cross-functional teams (design, construction, procurement, etc.), delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.
• ldentify and comply with all applicable statutory regulatory requirements related to project.
• Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks
• Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems
• Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors etc. on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.
• Review all method statement of the activities ensuring safe execution and maximization of resources used for job efficient
• Promote the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve project outcomes.
• Oversee project handover, complete documentation, and conduct post-project reviews.
