Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Generate daily operation plan
- Monitor and drive weekly operation planning forecast
- Schedule and deploy assessors for job assignment 1 to 3 months ahead
- Collaborate with Project & Operations team on identifying and resolving real-time constraints.
- Work closely with Project team to ensure 100% customer fulfilment.
- Coordination with Project team for any ad-hoc job assignments
- Flow job assignment details to Project Manager & General Manager in timely manner
- To liaise with supploers / vendor for material & service procurement and prepare PO, quotation
Requirements :
Able to work independently and handle dynamic schedulingAbility to multi-task and manage sudden changes in priorities.Logical approach to problem-solving, inventive, and results-oriented, with high attention to detail.Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle customer and vendor requests via telephone, email, web.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of planning and administrative tools is preferable.Excellent communication skills – verbal, written & listening.Proven fluency in English (verbal & written).Others :
