Spa Therapist

Roles & Responsibilities

• Client Consultation & Treatment : Assess client needs and recommend suitable spa services, including massages, facials, body treatments, and waxing.
• Service Delivery : Perform various spa treatments with expertise, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
• Hygiene & Safety : Maintain the cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment, and linens, strictly following health and safety regulations.
• Client Records : Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, documenting treatments, medical history, and client preferences.
• Product & Service Promotion : Advise clients on suitable products and additional services, and participate in promoting spa offerings.
• Environment Maintenance : Create and maintain a calm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere for clients.
• Inventory Management : Monitor and maintain stock levels for spa supplies, products, and equipment.
• Professional Development : Stay informed about the latest industry trends, techniques, and products through training and continuous learning.
