Job descriptionSupport customer service and sales teams Take charge of incoming communications via different channels Act as a brand ambassador in dealing with customers Manage files and records with effective filing systems Act as a bridge between offices in Jurong and Sungei Tengah Assist to prepare quotations, contracts, and other relevant company documents such as delivery orders and invoices Assist with managing and updating of plants and products stocks and prices in the stock lists, catalogues, website, and server. Assist to check that all sales transactions, projects information and transactions are properly completed. Manage office / pantry supplies inventory and place orders Perform general ad-hoc duties as required Minimum Diploma in any field Minimum 1 year of local working experience Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks Good written and spoken communication skills in English Good interpersonal skills Excellent customer service attitude and skills Competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook, emails Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Detail and deadline-oriented Training will be provided Due to operational requirements, we regret that this is not a WFH position

5 days work week (44 hours work week)
2 work pattern :
Monday to Thursday : 8 am - 6 pm (4 days) and Friday 8 am to 5 pm (1 day)
Monday to Thursday : 8 : 30 am - 6 : 30 pm (4 days) and Friday 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30pm (1 day)
