Fast Expanding Company in Tuas is looking for an Admin Assistant.
Job description
1) Payroll
2) Apply Grants, Work Permit, Entry to PSA, Shipyards & etc.
3) Inventory, Purchasing
4) Prepare Invoice / DO / PO
3) Any other ad-hoc duties when assign
Job Requirements
1) Minimally 1 year of relevant work experience. We welcome candidates with less than 1 year of experience but
must equipped with a strong sense of responsibility.
2) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
3) Able to multi task
4) Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of work
5) Attention to details
6) Ability to work in fast paced work environment and able to handle stress
7) Only Singaporeans / PR need apply.
Remuneration and Benefits
1) SGD $2600 to SGD $3000 depending on experience and qualifications.
2) Performance based bonuses and salary revisions.
3) Upto 21 days Annual Leave
4) Friendly working environment
