Job Description

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with growth targets
• Lead and mentor a multi-channel sales team across APAC
• Drive partnerships through Business-to-Consumers channels
• Expand direct-to-consumer sales platforms and market reach
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory shifts
• Oversee pipeline development, forecasting and performance analytics
• Collaborate with marketing teams to refine offerings

The Successful Applicant

• Experience sales leader, ideally in medical device, dental, wellness or healthcare
• Proven success in scaling B2C sales operations
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with complex sales cycles
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities
