They are looking for a talented M&A Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in our client's expansion, working on high-impact transactions from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis : Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis (DCF, comparable company, precedent transaction analysis), and due diligence.
- Market Research : Conduct comprehensive market and industry research to identify potential investment opportunities and strategic targets.
- Transaction Management : Assist in the preparation of transaction-related documents, such as investment proposals, presentations, and teasers.
- Execution Support : Support the deal execution process, including coordinating with legal, financial, and technical advisors.
- Portfolio Monitoring : Provide analytical support for the ongoing monitoring and management of existing portfolio companies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.1-3 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills. Strong analytical and quantitative abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
