Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Oversee ACMV / HVAC systems to ensure thermal comfort, safe operations, and compliance with standards.
Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive / corrective maintenance, coordinating with technicians and contractors.
Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective / preventive measures.
Monitor and improve system efficiency, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
Support installation, repair, and ad-hoc projects while providing updates to management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Air-Conditioning, or equivalent.

At least 2 years’ experience in Facilities Management or ACMV / HVAC works; hands-on knowledge of FCU and AHU preferred.

Strong technical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills with good knowledge of building systems and WSH practices.

Effective communication, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
