Job Description

As a seasoned SAP Director, you will lead the management of large-scale SAP projects, aligning with business objectives and driving growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.

• Develop and execute the SAP strategy / roadmap in sync with business goals, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of AI technologies to enhance business processes.
• Lead project planning sessions for on-time delivery within scope, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and monitoring project progress.
• Collaborate with business units to translate their requirements into SAP solutions, providing leadership and performance management to the SAP team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

At least 10 years of SAP experience is required, with proven track records in SAP Retail and OR POS. You should possess excellent leadership skills, ability to drive strategic initiatives, and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
