About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Central Fulfillment Services and Operations - Travel Planners is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure customers' needs are met, in line with service level agreements and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assists in processing of ticket issuance and other product related issuance, coordinates payment and confirmation between multiple parties / systems and provides administrative support.
  • Provides liaison and coordination support between vendors, operators and other stakeholders. May manage online / wholesales / internal hotlines and support wholesale or online fulfillment.

Job Requirements

  • GCE “O” / ”A” level
  • IATA / UTFTAA is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years in corporate travel industry
  • Good knowledge of ticketing & fare construction
  • Pleasant and sales-oriented
  • Able to withstand work pressure and handle difficult situation
