Roles & Responsibilities

As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands.

Establish and enforce quality control standards.

Manage and optimize the use of equipment, materials, and human resources.

Lead and motivate a diverse team of production staff.

Enforce and promote safety protocols and procedures.

Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and supply chain.

Communicate production goals and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements :

At least diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve production targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
