Roles & Responsibilities

  • Job Description
  • Manage maintenance job site.
  • Supervise workforce on site, to complete their daily routine maintenance work & manpower distribute & work distribute.
  • Repair and maintain lockset / slider system on site.
  • Liaise between user on site and office for job requirements.
  • Maintain good working relationship with the user.
  • Be the 1st point of contact for technical issue on site.
  • Be on standby daily,to go to site for any technical issue at any time for preventive and corrective maintenance

Job Requirements

  • Able to work overtime
  • Min 4 years’ working experience in supervising foreign workers
  • With leadership skill
  • Familiar with the ironmongeries and locksets.
  • Some experience in construction industry
  • Minimum GCE 'O' / 'N' Level / Nitec / relevant skill certificate
