MEP Drafter(BIM)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled MEP BIM Drafte r to join our dynamic team, supporting the design and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems through Building Information Modeling (BIM). In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to produce accurate 3D models, construction drawings, and clash-free designs for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Your expertise in BIM software and attention to detail will ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about innovation in MEP systems and BIM workflows.

What you'll be doing

• Create and manage detailed 3D MEP models using Revit and other BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Navisworks).
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to translate design concepts into precise technical drawings.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building components.
• Generate construction documents, schedules, and material takeoffs.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries to ensure consistency across projects.
• Review and update drawings based on markups, field changes, or client feedback.
• Stay updated on BIM advancements, industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and software tools.
• Assist in training junior drafters and team members on BIM best practices.
• Attend coordination meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Working hours : 9am - 6pm Mon - Fri

Salary : $3000 - $4000
