About the Role
Join FFL Group’s bakery team as a Senior Baker and take the lead in crafting premium cakes, breads, and pastries. This is a hands-on role where creativity meets precision — perfect for someone passionate about French bakery techniques and new cake designs.
What You’ll Do
- Create and bake new cakes, pastries, and breads with a focus on French bakery style.
- Develop seasonal menu items and innovative cake designs.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency .
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ingredient ordering .
- Train and guide junior bakers to maintain production quality.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years’ experience as a baker or pastry chef, ideally in a French or artisanal bakery.Strong creativity in cake design and recipe development.Solid knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.A team player with good communication skills.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Working Hours : 48 hours per week, 5 days (flexible schedule)AWS : YesVariable Bonus : Yes, based on company performanceLeave & Perks :
