Roles & Responsibilities
Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Junior Executive, Purchasing :
Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate purchase orders between project sites and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company procedures and project requirements.
- Track and monitor inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock availability to support operations.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery, pricing, or quantity discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and assist in generating inventory and procurement reports.
Job Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of relevant purchasing experience, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and coordination skills with good problem-solving ability.Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems such as Globe3 and PDF Professional is an advantage.Additional Information :
