Contracts Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage the full spectrum of tender processes, including documentation, evaluation, and submission.
• Review, interpret, and advise on contract documents and terms.
• Manage project costs, contract variations, and claims to ensure profitability and compliance.
• Draft official correspondence and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in commercial negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare final accounts and variation submissions accurately and timely.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, contract revenue, and cash flow.
• Ensure contractual compliance and conformance throughout project execution.
