(Senior) Accountant

Our

client is a progressive organisation with manufacturing and trading

activities across the region. With a strong track record and

in-depth industry knowledge behind them to support their growth in

this region, there is now a need for a (Senior) Accountant to be

part of their finance team to support their Singapore operations.

about the

job

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you

will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting

including monthly closing and reconciliations, timely tax filing,

financial and management reporting. You will be hands on with end

to end accounts receviables activities whilst working closely with

the other finance team members on operational finance tasks. You

will drive best practices in ensuring robust finance framework and

processes to strengthen internal controls and compliance and also

drive improvements on reporting and

systems.

skills and experience

required

You should ideally be accounting

trained and at least 5 years of hands on accounting experiences and

preferably some prior external audit experiencce. You are a

collaborative and good team member who can be independent with your

tasks. Prior experience with SAP will be advantageous. You can look

forward to a hybrid work environment that is collaborative and

grounded.
