Job Description
- Lead a Project Team of consultants, sub-contractors, and authority in daily-site activities
- Conduct project briefing and kick start meeting
- Responsible for periodic progress reports
- Evaluate the master programme and monitor work progress
- Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive actions
- Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities
- Check safety management system and conduct periodic safety inspection
- Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on the development concept, preliminary programme and budget
- Identify and resolve site technical problems as it arises
- Ensure site team comply with the requirements from the client and regulatory
- Ensure quality, environmental, safety and health standards are upheld on site at all times
- Assist in investigating and liaising with public and the relevant authorities for public feedback
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineer (PE) Board, Singapore10 years of managing civil infrastructure project experienceStrong knowledge and experience of roads, drains, sewer, and earthworksThe remuneration package shall be commensurate with relevant project experiences, proven track records and professional skills.
