Roles & Responsibilities

Working Location : Multiple locations

Monthly Salary : Up to S$3,200 / month (Negotiable)

Working Hours : 5-day work week (44 hours / week)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Be able to create cocktails from the cocktail menu.
  • Curate new cocktails in line with the flavours of the restaurant.
  • Service directly at tables during the busy period, paying extreme attention to detail.
  • Satisfying guest requests in a timely manner.
  • Assessing customer preferences and making beverage recommendations.
  • Providing a positive, personalised and friendly guest experience.
  • Maintain COGS.
  • Assisting with turning tables during service.
  • Support floor duties.
  • Handle administrative duties.

Job Requirements :

  • Experience as a bar personnel.
  • Good beverage knowledge, including wines and sake.
  • Creativity to be able to curate an interesting and progressive cocktail program.
  • Inventory management and weekly control of stock.
  • Great personality to interact and interface with customers.
  • Team player willing to go above and beyond.
  • Fun and lively.
  • Able to exemplify the image and vibe of the restaurant / bar.
