🕒 Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM
💰 Salary : $2,000 – $2,300 (depending on experience)
Job Overview :
We are urgently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting customer service operations and ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up
Process sales orders, delivery schedules, and invoices
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing
Maintain accurate records in the system and support administrative tasks
Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication
Requirements :
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Prior experience in customer service or order processing is an advantage
Able to start work immediately or on short notice preferred
