Job description
The Opportunity
Our Client, is an established MNC company
Location : Central, Singapore
Basic Salary : up to $4500 (Based on experience)
Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (WFH)
6 months contract, renewable!
The Talent
Min 2 years of experience in HR operations
Proficiency in English, verbal and written
Strong in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Proven work experience as an HR Ops or Office Administrator within the star-up or SME space would be added advantage
Able to start in a short notice / immediately
Strong in communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
The Job
Support office operations, office management, lease negotiations, courier operations and IT asset management
Perform full spectrum of HR service, payroll, expense processing, income tax submission, leaves & absences and employee's data reporting.
Administer MOM Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations
Responsible for maintain confidential information in HRIS system and HR Shared Drive
Coordinator with external third party vendors in different country to ensure timely payroll processing
Support in any ad-hoc duties as required by team
