Job description

The Opportunity

  • Our Client, is an established MNC company
  • Location : Central, Singapore
  • Basic Salary : up to $4500 (Based on experience)
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (WFH)
  • 6 months contract, renewable!

The Talent

  • Min 2 years of experience in HR operations
  • Proficiency in English, verbal and written
  • Strong in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Proven work experience as an HR Ops or Office Administrator within the star-up or SME space would be added advantage
  • Able to start in a short notice / immediately
  • Strong in communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • The Job

  • Support office operations, office management, lease negotiations, courier operations and IT asset management
  • Perform full spectrum of HR service, payroll, expense processing, income tax submission, leaves & absences and employee's data reporting.
  • Administer MOM Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations
  • Responsible for maintain confidential information in HRIS system and HR Shared Drive
  • Coordinator with external third party vendors in different country to ensure timely payroll processing
  • Support in any ad-hoc duties as required by team
