Job description

Responsibilities

  • Respond to any online or telephone inquiries in a professional way and work closely with the Sales team to develop Sales strategy accordingly
  • Prepare the monthly sales forecast and make sure that shipments meet the monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Support the field sales team by being point of contact to the client regarding logistics aspect
  • Track sales orders to make sure products are shipped out in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a Diploma and 1 years experience working as a sales coordinator.
  • A good level of administrative skills.
  • Ability to multitask and capacity to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and other sales-related software proficiency (Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous).
